Dysfunctional/not recognized at all. great customer service.
did not work in my server. very disappointed. i understand it doesnt work in consumer systems. I am disappointed it didnt work. but return was easy. CS was nice. 5/5 for customer service and 2/5 for the product as it was packaged nicely, seemed immaculate. hopefully its an issue with me and not the item.
