Great PC with easy setup. Exactly as described.
Wow, what a good buy this little PC is! I've never used a NUC before and was a little wary of its low cost, but it has turned out to be a excellent little PC - small but powerful. After my laptop stopped working I decided to save some money and try this NUC. I was concerned about getting it set up but it went perfectly. I just inserted the HDMI cable, my wireless mouse and keyboard sending units and it started right up as my home theater PC. Everything was recognized immediately. Of course it also operates as a standard Windows 11 Pro PC, displaying the desktop on my big screen TV. You can display video and work on a spreadsheet at the same time. Windows initial setup was flawless. This NUC PC with this 11th Gen i5 is more powerful than my previous Microsoft Surfacebook, with more memory and a larger SSD. Plus the SSD can be upgraded to 1T and memory upgraded to 64MB, which cannot be done with Surfacebooks. I'm very pleased. After setup I ran Belarc Advisor and saw that the NUC was exactly as described as far as ports, memory, processor, and SSD. It would have cost $1,300 to replace my Surfacebook, and this little $450 NUC takes its place! Of course a couple of hours after I ordered this one I saw an identical one with an i7 processor for $50 more, haha. but I'm quite happy with this one. It even comes with a mounting plate to be mounted behind your TV if wanted. Pluses: -low cost -powerful Intel i5 -512 SSD (user upgradeable) -18GB memory (user upgradeable) -ease of setup -clean Windows 11 Pro install with zero bloatware Cons: -none really, other than it requires a wall outlet (i.e., not a laptop)

Excellent product...satisfied customer :-)
I've put my Intel Nuc11PAHi5 through its early paces...and so far I'm impressed. I wanted to replace my all-in-one desktop with a smaller footprint computer. Intel's NUC models seemed a good option. At first I thought of waiting for the Intel NUC 12, but chose NENCHIN's Intel NUC 11. I felt it's a better match for my personal home (not business) use. POSITIVE HIGHLIGHTS: -- Very good Intel packaging; well built product (vs. more flimsy competitors' chassis construction). -- Portability and variety of ports make this product travel friendly (alternative to laptops). -- Very easy to open up the chassis and upgrade/replace/customize components. -- The installed 16GB DDR4 RAM was 2 x 8GB modules, not just one 16GB RAM module. The dual RAM matched the NUC's dual channel capability. Also the RAM modules' 3200MHz matched the NUC's maximum memory speed specs. -- "Plug-and-play" out of the box...no need to enter and reconfigure BIOS. Even the fan speed was preset at "balanced"--my preferred setting--so BIOS reset unnecessary. -- The NUC ran even cooler and quieter than my laptop. I haven't put the NUC under heaviest loads yet (e.g. digitizing and transferring large media files.)..but I anticipate no noise or heat problems. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT???: -- Intel's 120 watt power supply is relatively large . I hope that some day these will more closely match the smaller size of my laptop's 100+ watt GaN (gallium nitride) USB wall charger. This really is an observation, not a complaint. The NUC power supply is still portable and conveniently plugged out of the way under my desk. -- At first the NUC's three Type A ports were a tight fit for my USB cables. With repeated use, however, the ports seemed to "open up" a bit. Cable insertion/removal is no longer a challenge. So that's basically it. So far my NENCHIN NUC 11 meets or exceeds my expectations. For my home use the NENCHIN NUC 11 is the complete package of competitive price, features and performance.

Outstanding Product.
I have had the NUC for a few weeks now up and running. My purpose for it was for another windows box for testing and remote access to devices I have located in other parts of my business. Let me start by saying that the price point of the NUC with an installed OS is great. you can't beat it with a stick. Second let me say that the machine is flawless. Comes packaged very nicely, no chance of it getting messed up in transit unless the carrier is just negligent completely with it's handling. Now onto the operation. As I have already said, the price point of this NUC with installed software is great to begin with, but it is a little power house. I installed a boat load of software for business purposes for remote connections and productivity and it just keeps rolling without an issue. I normally have anywhere between 50 and 60 tabs open in chrome at any one point, and barring a chrome memory leak, it is rock solid with no slow down. You would think that something this cheap and small couldn't keep up, but it does. Honestly, I will be ordering more in the near future for a business project that will require several NUCs to be deployed in the oil field providing edge computing.

Made by Asus- not Intel
Be aware that these computers are no longer manufactured by Intel but by Asus. I’m not sure why the description mentions Intel at all except possibly to confuse customers about the manufacturer. Subtracted 1 star for this practice. Very good system, but a bit larger than the ones that Intel made.
