Perfect size, generous contents
Excellent bag: I bought this because all the other, smaller, first aid packs contain a ton of equipment, but as soon as you open them, the contents spill out, or you have to half empty them in order to get to what you need. In any sort of emergency, all I want to do is unzip the lid, and have it all presented to me: no rummaging, no spilling everything over the ground. This bag is perfect. The double-pull zip goes all the way round 3 sides of the top, so it opens right back: and the pockets inside are deep enough that things like the tourniquets - in the "ready to use" configuration - can stand upright inside one of the dividers: not lying down, buried by other items. The kit itself is generous, well worth the money: as almost everyone says, it's best to buy one of these kits with the contents (you can buy just the bag, for about £15) then add your relevant items (in my case, tourniquets, haemo packing, eyewash pods etc), and remove or reduce those you probably won't need. The bag itself is sturdy: the fabric feels as though it can withstand a bit of rough treatment, and is probably fairly mud- and water-resistant: the dividers are brilliant, making four large comparments, one very large central one, and two smaller ones: plus the plastic pocket inside the lid, plus the zipped pocket on the front/outside, which is perfect for the "everyday" needs ie plasters and eye-wash pods. It's always hard to gauge how "large" something is going to be, but this is a great size: big enough for ease of use, big enough to get in everything I need, but not so big that it's a nuisance to carry, or load. I did consider getting a "backpack" style, which would/might be easier to carry, but it was clear that they would involve having to tip everything out in order to find what you need: with this bag, you just plop it down on the ground, unzip, and everything is immediately accessible. I have mentioned tourniquets, and eyewash: these items are not included: check the list of contents for an exact list, and be assured that there are generous amounts of all the items listed. I consider this to be excellent value for money.

fantastic lifesaver
I bought this cheaply priced first aid kit so I could add my current one to it, the product is well made, contains a lot of items required for first aid and also has plenty of room to add additional items like a tourniquet, hand gel and my current large first aid kit, all of this fits and still allows me to personalise it a bit more. overall a recommended piece of kit for any first aid incident at a low cost saving money to purchase other first aid items.

First Class Large First Aid Kit.
An exceptional first aid kit that includes way more items than your typical kit and for a very reasonable price. At this price it's a no-brainer really. Store in your car or at work. Includes stuff like scissors, eye patches, thermal blankets, lots of bandaging materials plasters and more. Would be ideal if you were a first aider at work (which I used to be, and the kits we had were nowhere near this good). Excellent product. Durable, good quality. good price. Spacious interior with lots of inside compartments. Make no mistake. This is a large first aid kit and with the left over space, I've added my own stuff like pain killers, a thermometer and what not.

Excellent starter bag
This is the third one that I have brought, great housewarming gift. Has a good lot of the basics, I usually add some butterfly stitches, blister plasters, tweezers, etc. It is fair sized to personalise and add more.

Not bad, not great either but for the price of about 35 pounds, it is acceptable.
The bag is small enough that it can be put somewhere and not take up too much space but large enough that you fit lot's of additional items in aside from what comes with it. When packing a first aid kit, particularly one that is supposed to be used to treat multiple casualties at once, it is wise to first consider the type of threats that you may face. As with almost all commercially available first aid kit's, this is a very basic kit that contains items only suited to dealing with minor cuts and scrapes until you reach the artificial respiration aid / mask, which seems to be an odd thing to find in such a basic kit. Anyway, It does come with plenty of plasters, gloves and triangular bandages and provides a decent base line for you to add more specific items to. I have added 3 trauma dressings, a couple of tourniquets, some haemostatic agent dressings, a small head lamp, some tweezers, and various other items that bring it up to a basic trauma kit standard. There is still plenty of room inside and the dividers are sufficient in keeping things separated into compartments. There is also space under the top flap to put a sam splint. So while not a comprehensive kit and nowhere near to being able to treat even minor trauma, for the price, it represents an affordable and easy foundation on which to build the kit into something more useful. However, the bag itself is not of the highest of quality but again when we look at the price, it fit's as as long as this is a bag that will be kept stored and only grabbed when needed, I would expect it to last quite a while. If however, you intend to carry it around a lot, or even use it in anger a lot, then you should probably invest in something of higher quality. Not bad, not great either but for the price of about 35 pounds, it is acceptable.
