Great for skin and hair
I used this oil for my skin and hair and my skin feels really smooth and my hair shiny and healthy. It's a light oil (not dense) and you can drop a little on denser creams like Shea or Cocao butter before you rub on your body and it produces a really light and pleasant body lotion that has very good coverage.

Really helped with my fibro pain
I've been using this with grapseed oil on my joints plus mixed with Epsom salts and have noticed a reduction in pain. I also use the oil mix on my abdomen for adhesion and nerve pain. I've found it really helps with my spinal fracture pain and sciatica. It has helped me feel more relaxed. Definitely not a replacement for my prescribed medication but helps with the break through pain and reduced the amount of I need to top up inbetween regular dose.

Just oil - no Essence!
I have many essential oils but this is the first dud I've bought and has no scent at all. Absolutely worthless. Buy another brand.
