Where can I buy replacement head only - question has been asked before - but no proper answer

I asked same question and got told it was available on amazon. Couldn’t find it so bought off of eBay. Arrived this week and can now use mop again.

What is the difference between the Professional Floor Duster and the Waxed Floor Duster: Home Valet (http://amzn.to/1E7uROs)?

I can't really tell you what the difference is. The only thing I have found is that I think it is easier to remove the dust and fluff from the waxed duster. Just a quick shake and it is removed where as with the professional duster you need to pull the fluff off. I honestly cannot say that there is much difference between the two dusters to make much difference.

Does this enclosed the pole?

Don't quite understand the question but the pole comes with the duster and is attached via a universal type joint. So one can dust a very large area whilst stood in one spot. My lounge is 22 feet x 13 feet and I can clean the floor in about 2 minutes. The only real way to clean the duster is to take it outside and shake it, making sure the wind's behind you. It is a brilliant tool.
