I originally ordered this product thinking it was a set of resistance bands. I was a bit disappointed when only 1 arrived. Apart from that, the band is very good quality. I was going to return when I saw the 1 but figured I'd give it a try. One thing I want to know is under the recommendations in this product description, it states: "Black - Light resistance training (arm curl, shoulder press, pushups)" It's not possible to perform a shoulder press movement with this resistance band, unless you want to snap it. The picture on this listing shows the red band being used, which is the same length and the person is standing on 2 feet. I'd like to know another way of doing this or do I need to purchase other bands? I'm most likely going to purchase the red and purple ones as they are recommended for resistance, stretching, and mobility. Do you have an exercise demonstration booklet or anything of the sort to go with this? Highly recommend the product, I just feel the information and advertising could be more accurate.

Good for resistance exercises at home.

Good quality and a monster of a resistance band. It will test your grip and if you use it for hip hinges or deadlifts you’ll be in a shock. It’s HEAVY. Packs down to a manageable size if you want to pack it in a bag.

Nice thick band, happy with the 3 different strengths and doesn’t take up much room.

Bought two of these (green) and whilst good, they have very different levels of resistance. The blue bands, in my experience have less variance from band to band.
