Bought this to do home stretching and flexibility exercises and it is ideal. Good resistance without being too strong or too weak.

Seems a decent band
To add to the set I have, I bought the thickest 30/80kg band for heavier squats and deadlifts specifically. I have used a couple of times. The tension is good. I'm hoping it will last.
