I noticed relief pretty quickly — within a few days — especially when drinking cold water or eating sweet things that used to sting.The mint flavour is mild and not overpowering, which I like. It still leaves your mouth feeling fresh, just without that intense, burning mint some toothpastes have.I use it like a normal daily toothpaste now, and my teeth definitely feel more comfortable overall. I have always been a fan of OralB toothpastes but last year I had some gum issues and tried a Sensodyne product thta seemed to work quite well, so when my wife started to complain of very sensitive back teeth while eating Ice cream I thought I would give this a try. She said that it was very effective almost immediately and true to her word, within a few days was again able to eat ice cream without any noticeable sensitivity my review, therefore, is purely based on my wife's reaction to the toothpaste, however, I have tried it myself too as a regular past, and find it very pleasant to use, leaving a nice taste in my mouth afterwards.
