Best massage chair ever!!
I absolutely love this chair! The massage feels incredible, especially the 4D feature and the SL track that gets every spot on my back. The zero gravity mode is also so relaxing and the yoga stretch is something I didn’t know I needed until now! The heat and foot rollers make it even better, especially with the cooler weather here. I’ve been using it every day and honestly can’t imagine not having it. It’s definitely a product worth investing in long term !!

What a chair!
This chair is in my bedroom and was a bit heavy and hard to fit in, no pun intended. I've only had it for a day but its been quite amazing so far. The chair itself looks so cool in my opinion and is very well made. The foot rest requires installation but its very easy and can be done with common sense. 2 screws are installed, required to be removed and the latches move up. The foot rest needs to be plugged in and the air tubes need to be connected as well. Then the 2 metal arms are sat on the open latches so the foot rest can sit easily and then be bolted back in and secured. Once set up the touch screen is very easy to navigate and change the settings and intensity of the massager. Its very complex yet simple at the same time and the zero gravity mode is very relaxing as well. I like that the speakers aren't overly loud and that they connect super easily to your device. It has different modes for different types of massages and I plan to use all of them. This was a very researched purchase and for the money I believe I got the best chair on the market. I'd recommend thisnto anyone who's looking for a massage chair within this price range. If any changes incur I'll be sure to update this review.

SEE UPDATE☆8/4
Updated 8/4 after finally receiving an extra pad for lumbar region. The chair is attractive colorwise but dimminutive in size. It is difficult & akward to get in & out of. Uncomfortable when sitting both before & during massage due to no padding in lumbar region so rollers directly roll on lower spinal area. (The fix is a thin pad which the company sent making it very good! The simple addition of a thin layer allows the rollers to do exactly what they should but not dig into your iliac crest or spinal processes. Works well now!)☆Heating feature is basically NON-EXISTENT! Shawl is a good idea if it worked well. I needed & wanted the heating element.☆Programing is good w/different options. Within some massages, it is not possible to have foot rollers unless you also have foot air pressure. I'm a great fan od the rollers but not of the air pressure. I wish the seams were also a bit smoother as the seams irratate skin. You can turn off or regulate the air pressure in some modes which is good.☆Materials are good quality with seams bulky so they hurt as air pressure bags expand I had marks left on my legs & the knees had small abrasions. Wear leggings & socks helps. The material lacks flexability & it causes some pressure points against the body but I feel it will soften perhaps. Seams in places could be better placed.☆I wish it was easier to place fore arms into massage area for arms& easier to get them out. It's fine though.☆Massage descriptions-preset massages & customizable ones are fine. The company sent a pad which made the programs much more comfy. I think they need to include the pad w/the chairs & also make it match. The one I receieved does not match at all & looks funny but makea the chair usable for us in the lumbar region.☆Arm of chair controls-not well designed because it's impossible to view the right sided switched & knob while reclined at all thus you can't easily make selection. No lighted buttons on the right & angle is incorrect for utilization while seated in the chair. It would be good if they padded the elbow area of the arm rest so it would be comfy for when you choose to have your arms out. Not a huge deal breaker at all.☆ Rollers- great except in lumbar area where they directly touch the iliac crest, lumbar spine & hurr w/out padding between the roller system & ur body! VERY uncomforable but so easily fixed when they sent a pad! Works great now! Love it! It simply needs a thin pad over the rollers.I have explores the programming & find it very good techniquewise. Again, I wish the foot rollera would work w/out air pressure in lower leg.☆Track-rollers do a J type track & it covers down the spine to the buttocks but not thighs. It works well & is aggressive.☆I wish there was a User 1 & User 2 preset so we didn't need to adjust setting everytime. But the features as they are are good & I like the chair.8/4 update: I had to work w/seller as I really wanted to keep the chair but heating shawl doesn't work. They finally sent a pad which fixed the issue in the lumbar region. I am happy with the seller doing this because it made the chair really wonderful changing our feeling about it! So in fairness & honesty, I give this chair a solid 4 & state I am happy with it now. I would recommend purchasing it...if you also have a thin pad in the lumbar area.Good luck...I am happy to have this chair😊

Great Chair! Well Worth It - particularly the Foot Massage!
I bought this chair, sight unseen, based purely on reviews. I'm glad I did. Don't be afraid... some details. I am 6'1" tall, weigh 260 lbs - and am 68 years old. I was worried I'd be too tall, too fat or too old for this chair. While I can easily see how being 5'10", 180lbs and 58 years old might make this chair a better fit (Shh. That's my wife.) I still fit fine and can really enjoy this chair. (I did have a brief moment of claustrophobia when the arm air bags started snugging me down, but the pleasure soon overwhelmed that feeling.) Bottom line, I fit, my wife fits a little easier, but it's not a concern. Much taller, much fatter and you might have some issues.I have not had the time to play with all the chair's many settings, so I can't comment on all of them. The basic "push the button and go" setting (the automatic, top one listed called "4d") was lovely. The second one (called Relax I think) was also quite nice. Not all that different actually, but I suppose as I play around with this chair more I will be able to spot the nuances! At one point in both of these settings, my kidney area felt... um... attacked? A little too robust? It was a bit much. I suppose there's a way to settle it down (I haven't figured it out yet!) but by scootching my butt forward a little, arching my back it was tolerable. We now keep a towel nearby, and folded in half, it does a wonderful job of making this particular area quite pleasant. Both my wife and I have decided that the foot part of this chair is completely worth the price of the entire chair. AWESOME! It snugs up those air pads and stretches out your ankles as the chair pulls downward - and then the foot rollers kick in. It is Amazing! So, the massage part is great. Let's back up a little - the delivery. We had GREAT COMMUNICATION thru Amazon's Message from Seller section (email and website) from someone named ADA. The chair I ordered was not available in the color I wanted and Ada offered me the same price on a different color to save me from waiting several weeks for the re-stock to occur. An $80 refund incentive was also included. I said "yes". They then needed a few details on my delivery situation (was I living in a residence, was this a business, etc.) and then told me the delivery company would contact me. They did - thru both calls and messaging. We set things up, the delivery occurred timely (the driver called 1/2 hour ahead) and other than a whole fiasco with the truck getting stuck on a tight turn on our sand roads (thankfully my Great Neighbors and I got him unstuck quickly - bob cats and trucks and towing gear that probably won't be an issue for you - but it IS a VERY long truck (53' trailer!)). The driver, once he was unstuck, was super nice - brought the package up the driveway, allowed me plenty of time to look it over. The next step, moving it into the house, was challenging. We have a two wheel dolly that made it easier - particularly when my wife and I stood the package on end so it fit thru doorways and the like. It IS bulky. It IS heavy - if you're not strong, plan on getting help. (You can pay them back with a ride in the chair!)I was concerned with the unboxing - there wasn't a step by step manual. Luckily, this company did have some videos online. After clearing away the plastic straps, cardboard, plywood, styrofoam, plastic bags - we slid the chair free of this very secure packaging - it was in perfect shape, no dings, dents or tears that I could find. Putting the feet part onto the chair was the only real assembly needed. There are a couple of videos on YouTube that are close, but if you watch the company ones you can figure it out. My chair was tilted all the way back for shipping, so I took a chance, plugged it in, turned it on - and it powered up and went to a more upright position, making it easier to attach the foot part. The foot part has an electric plug - easy to plug in - and an air hose - a little more of a challenging to slide together, but stick with it, little at a time and you'll get there. Then, get out your screwdriver/drill. The foot part has little styrofoam caps on a metal rod - these are the part that hooks together. (Take the caps off - they are part of the shipping!) On the chair, find two Phillips screws, loosen those, "open" the half rod cover things, put the chair in place, put the covers back on, screw tight, you're done. The manual and online information isn't super straight forward, I can't claim to have mastered these controls at all. It seems like the touch screen does some things, the arm controller (right side buttons) does some things, but... Hey! I figure a year or so of reclining in this bit of paradise, while I play with the buttons/screen in order to discover everything this chair can do, well, for me that's more of a feature than a bug. (I can't get up right now, Honey, I have to figure out what this setting does!) How are the speakers? Don't know, don't care. I've got this in the room with my media center - TV and great sound included. How is the bluetooth connection? I'll probably never bother - unless I discover there are new features that the touch screen can't access! Oh, the voice connection works - she's called "Alice" - but unfortunately "Alice" hears her name a lot (or thinks she does!) when the TV is on and let's us know she's ready. A little annoying, but reaching down and powering off the chair is easy - and I'll probably save a few cents from the "vampire" power drain, right? So, go get the chair. Save the boxes/pallet until you're sure you have no shipping damage. Be prepared to move a heavy chair. Does this thing make noises? Yup, but so will you when it hits the right spot! Enjoy!I'll add more if any issues pop up in the next several weeks. If you're here a year from now - and nothing else has been added - assume I'm over there in my chair enjoying myself.
