This works, this actually works. Regarding the taste, if you ever ate blackjacks when you were a kid (aniseed flavour), well it's like swallowing liquid blackjacks (some might not like that, but I do). There is a kick from it, but it instantly soothes a cough.

I had a dreadful and prolonged wet cough after a cold. Tried this, but not totally convinced it helped much. It tasted dreadful though.
