has any body used a rotisserie on the ProQ Frontier elite. im thinking of buying a universal kit

It is possible to use a rotisserie on the Frontier, but to be honest there may not be much benefit, as the unit already acts like a convectional oven (evenly distributing the heat around the food).

Can this be used as as pizza oven?

Only in the way you can cook pizza on any covered barbecue. It's not specifically designed for it, but it would be possible. It's more about low and slow cooking, but if you take out the water basin the temperature would probably hit what you're looking for to get a crisp pizza.

Ill be cooking pulled pork for about 8 hours, ( 1st time of use ), do i have to top up the charcoal ?

It depends on what charcoal you use , bricketts are best they are slow burning compared to lump wood . A lot also depends on how you use the vents the more you open the top vent the more intense the burn , this is something you can only know with experience. If you using chippings keep your quantity small handful is adequate . If you have not got a fire starter get one they are worth every penny . Generally you should get about 4 hours before topping up . Happy smoking.
