Q: Is it ok to mix with protain powder? or Is there any other way to take you would recommend?

It's quite bitter so it would be good to mix it with something. You could sprinkle it on cereal or add it to a drink. But it will probably change the taste of whatever you add it to.

Q: Does it taste like blueberries or blackberries? What can I cook with it?

It tastes nothing like gooseberries or blueberries, tastes like dirt lol but I put it in smoothies and no after taste. It does help to cleanse the body. Dont mix into water and drink as it is truly repulsive
