Excellent customer support! I received the webcam and found there was a problem with it. I contacted Diamond-Lark by email, explained the problem and received a very quick response.A replacement was sent out to me that day and I now have it running in my car. It works perfectly.The screen is very clear and handles the bright sunshine without any problems.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and the outstanding support from Diamond-Lark.

Camera is nice. Install is easy and recording is continuous with a loop. Easy to review recordings. Low profile so doesn't bother you while driving.

I tested and checked this camera multiple times before I permanently mounted it in my car. When I witnessed a very serious accident, I pulled over and told the victim that I could give them my dashcam footage. Got home, went to check the memory card, it only had 3 minutes worth of footage from the night before! And the rest of the card was "locked" and full of "other storage", which I assume was THE REST OF THE VIDEOS THAT I COULD NOT ACCESS.Fine, at least it wasn't MY car accident. Bought a new memory card and double checked my camera's settings. I left for a trip for 3 weeks, and I came back to a DEAD CAR BATTERY. The camera just kept on recording when that function IS DISABLED. My car is only 3 years old, I can't believe this piece of garbage drained all the battery, $1000 down the drain.TLDR: This camera is dysfunctional and cannot be used. Don't skimp out on a quality camera because this one will NOT help you when you need it and will cost you a lot more in the long run.

I bought 3 of them, each worked differently camera 1 worked as described 2nd camera it records but the motion sensor and parking features sometimes work the 3rd I have to return for a replacement it records intermittently, I changed the SD card but still with same problem and the internal batteries don’t hold a charge, I still like them , I like their basic functions , I don’t need wifi or blue tooth functions.
