Fixed the problem; good product
This was easy to figure out; and it would have been far easier to figure out if there were mounting instructions included. Without the instructions, I had to figure out the latching and pins assemblies on my own. Overall, it took me about 20mins (thanks also to unrelated YouTube videos).

Easy Peasy
I installed these last night in about 15 minutes. It’s a direct perfect fit. They are quiet and I no longer hear the strain of the original ones trying to open the lift gate. Job difficulty is a 2. It would be a 1 but you have to partially remove a panel to plug it in.
