Definitely not knocking the product. Was confused about the bitter taste. Did some checking. Turns out 25% of the population (like me) are 'Super Tasters" or very sensitive to bitter. 50% are so-so "Tasters" and 25% "Non-Tasters". Can't say for bottom 75% but if you are also a super taster-lol, you won't like the taste.

After researching different brands of BCAAs and various ratings I decided to give Nutricost a try and have to say so far I’m very satisfied. I chose unflavored which my wife thinks has an unpleasant aftertaste but in my opinion for unflavored aminos it’s not bad at all. It mixes well in my go to liquid of equal parts water, cold brew and almond milk with a drop or two of vanilla extract. After a strenuous workout I feel less muscle discomfort. I think it is a great value too! I may try one of the flavors next go round.

I know that this product is very popular and high quality but I have to share that this unflavored version to me is very nasty to my taste buds. The mistake I made was that I bought two of them and now I have to figure how to get used to the taste and smell. So if you are sensitive to taste get a flavored version of this product.

Mix as well with anything if something tastes too strong or sweet you can add this to it calms it down I like the idea of the branch chain amino acids to be honest I'm not 100% sure how well it works I assume it works as well as any other brand
