Amazing product
I absolutely love this liquid wood paint! It goes on super smooth, has amazing coverage, and gives a beautiful, natural woodgrain look. I’ve used it on several furniture pieces, and it holds up great — no streaks, no strong smell, and easy to work with. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it! You won’t regret it.

Lots of options to choose from with the technique
Loved this product ! Updating to get rid of all orange wood with no harsh sanding. I used the liquid wood primer first - and did a couple different techniques. Staircase was a chipper brush with the wood stain barnwood color. First door was with the rubber tool and one coat. Second door same as first but then a water down stain over for a darker look!

Worked for me
Somehow, miraculously, this product helped me match two separate batches of ash lumber for a project. The slight pinkish tone was exactly... and I mean EXACTLY, the color match I needed. This feels like just a fortunate accident, and probably was, but in my case it worked. Totally satisfied with the product and how it worked.

Use it if you want your furniture to look yellow
I bought this Wood primer to convert dark stain chairs into a lighter shade .As per the instructions, use 2-3 coats of this product over dark wood . I used twocoats and after it dried out used another brand paint on it . The primer isSoooooo yellow that it is visible through the light shade I painted over it . Extremely disappointed as it ruined my project. And it’s expensive so money down the drain . I would rather spend days sanding the chair than what this primer makes it look like .Do not fall for all the promotional ADs this company does on social media . Most of them using it are influencers who are gifted this product for free .

Cool product
This stuff is pretty cool. It’s like you just paint on a wood look. You can do one coat or two depending on how dark you want it. The first pic is of the initial cream color and the second is the result on my night stand after one coat. Debating if I want another coat but apparently you do have to do a coat of polyurethane when you’re done.

Easy to apply wood look paint
This stuff is amazing for any DIY project where you want to change the wood tone, this product helped me turn this green table into a beautiful natural wood top table and I’m obsessed! It’s also easy to use, just brush it on in long strokes then add wood grain if desired

Thinner material that requires multiple coats
I have tried gel stain from home depot and it works fine but this stuff is different and more uniform and realistic looking. I tried it on a worn down almost cherry wood color table and it transformed it beautifully. When dried it produced a more matte finish and now I need to decide if I will use semi gloss to seal it or matte top coat to keep the rustic look. When I run my hand along the table it feels grainy so you will need to use a top coat to finish.
