Great camping stove
First I’m not ultralight backpacker. This was still smaller than I expected, so ideal (Lite would be too small). Tried a cheap wood burner (different style) which had flames, smoke, sparks everywhere and killed the grass even though it was stood on 1.5” thick slate, bottom was so deformed after one burn, it kept falling apart. So wanted something different especially as I wanted to burn wood pellets, fire and forget style - there’s not huge info on this so thought I would add some details..Bought 15cm square stainless mesh off ebay and cut to fit the base to help keep pellets in.First time (didn’t pay lots of attention) but virtually zero smoke, lit easy with a Twizzler. Used approx 150g of Woodlets pellets (2 handfuls, costs approx 20p). Almost zero heat transfer to the ground. Took 10mins to get going, then had a strong flame for approx 15mins, once the flame went out had lots of heat, but gradually dissipated over the next 5mins, so 15-20mins cooking time. 45mins after lighting it’s cool enough to pick up and empty out - it actually cools from the bottom up. 53mins after lighting it’s cool enough to pack. Watch the stainless grid if you add one - that can stay very hot when the rest is cold.Did a second test and paid a bit more attention. Air temp around 17 degrees, not a lot of wind. This time 300g Woodlets pellets (40p) same as before, virtually zero smoke, sparks throughout whole burn and contained. No base heat issues. Bear in mind for below was moving pan around a lot wasn’t kept over main heat.10 mins to get going with a Twizzler33 mins after lighting, flames go out but huge heat output still (300 degrees ish)40 mins after lighting, water still boiling (water temp 94 degrees)Moving the pan off the top can give it a burst of heat I think with extra o248/49 mins after lighting water going off boil/simmer temp (water temp 86 degrees)52 mins after lighting, it’s done55 mins after lighting you could pick up carefully and empty (I didn’t)1 hr 10 after lighting cool enough to pack. For most by the time you’ve cooked, eaten food and washed up, it’ll be cool enough to pack. Room in the canister to hold a few more pellets if longer burn required. After this wondered about quick cup of tea water boiling. Tried the Dragon fuel blocks in a Lush tin to heat 350ml of water. First test, used the full set up and the pellet mesh across the supports for a small cup. 1 block lasted 8mins and water reached 80degrees. Pan was too high so cut down a spare mesh to hold the cup and didn’t use the pan support. This time 1 block lasted 7 mins and water temp maxed at 91 degrees. This seems to be the limit of the blocks rather than setup. Didn’t have a lid on the cup, so that might help me reach boiling.Edit: OK, sussed it out. Inverted the Tantoka cup inside the solo stove and put the pan support back on. Distance from fuel to pan just over 30mm. Used a wide pan to capture all heat and it was a calmer burn. 400ml of water to boiling in 7mins 30 and total burn time of 11mins 20 from one block! Some say this is too expensive for what it is, for me, the heat shield in the bottom and quality build make it worth it. This was much cheaper than the Lite version

Top Solution - Great Quality & Efficient
I bought this after having seen a few reviews on social media.I was specifically looking for alternative ways to cook that didn't need to reply on gas. This seemed to fit the bill on first sight but on looking at the science behind it as well as the quality manufacturing, the efficiency of the "second burn" made tremendous sense to me.The fire is safe enough that US Park Service has apparently started to allow the use of this stove in periods of higher risk, when the ground it dry, such is the efficiency of the burn & the low risk of sparks coming from it.I'm also using this with the PowerPot cooking/charging system so I can recharge batteries for my essentials (GPS/Distress Devices) as I go too - Works a treat.Final benefit is that while gas is quick & easy, when you're on the trail it's a great comfort to be able to see some real flames at night, while you get your food and/or hot drinks ready. So well-made (great quality), a high efficiency 2-phase burn, low risk of spreading fire & the morale boosts make this an easy purchase decision for me - All this & it fits nicely into it's own cook pot too - Flawless

Excellent well made cooking pot
Excellent well made cooking pot. I purchased this to use with my Coleman Feather petrol stove (which fits into the pot perfectly). I have used Zebra pots, which are just as good if not more robust but the Solo Pot is much lighter and has a useful pouring spout and side handles. This is a good purchase if weight is an issue, however, its incredibly over-priced when compared to equivalent Zebra pots.

Correct article delivered on time
I don't think it is up to the normal quality of solo products The lid is difficult to settle in place the flange is too small The pouring lip is way too small may as well not be there the handle on the side works fine easy to pick up the pot and pour it when hot the main reason I bought it Dimensions are good not too wide you don't want to spoil the airflow on a small stove. Simply superb!
Simply superb. I've used many stoves and this is the best I've used to date.Only drawback is that it takes up more space and weighs a bit more. For super light weight hiking you'll be looking for something else.I'm willing to put up with the size and weight for the excellent performance. Some of that weight will be offset by the fact you need carry no fuel, may be just some dry tinder. I also use the excellent bailed pot which can be hung above an open fire if required. The stove packs inside for carriage. A very good stove and pot combo.Styks.

Solo Pot 1800
I purchased this pot along with the Titan Stove and the two work together perfectly. The pot itself is embossed with measurement scales that can be read from the inside of the pot in both litres and ounces. It has two handles on it, the fold out ones on the sides are ideal for using on a stove and the one on the top is good for hanging over a fire. The top handle locks into place whilst cooking or can be removed completely. There is a spout around the top of the pot that can be used for pouring into your mugs or you can use it with the lid as a strainer. The handle on the lid has got a rubber finish so you can touch it when its been on the fire and can also be slid to the side when its up to lock it in the upright position all the time. Its nice that its not coated with teflon or anything because you can scrub the soot off it without causing any damage. The bag it goes in is great for keeping any mess away from your camping gear too.

Quality User friendly Pot that can Hang suspended or Sit however your wish
Purchased this piece several years ago on a surprise flash sale here on Amazon and glad I did. It's a nice sized light weight pot that you can hang from a Solo Tripod, place it on a grill, into the coals directly, or sit it on top of the Solo Titan Stove that matches it perfectly as an option. I like the fact that It offers everything you'd want...1st it's not too small or too big in size and it's light in weight too, made of excellent Stainless Steel which is safe and sturdy, it has a handle loop with a center notch to hang it from that doubles as an additional grip for pouring with a notched stay to keep it in the upright or to either of the side positions, the pour spout is built in to concentrate your hot liquid transfer - very nice, the side handle swings out and intermesh to form a good steady grip, and the lid fits nicely too with a pressed-in friction ring that will keep it there until you pull up on the swiveling built-in insulated finger grip handle on top...the lid grip can lock upright with a slide push into a notch keep there and for storage compaction you just do an opposite nudge back out of the keep to lay it down flat...just be sure to remember to set the grip upright in the keep before heating the pot, cough. Really cool design and top quality from Solo. I'd Recommend the Solo Titan Stove and Tripod rig to go along with you on your many enjoyable outdoor adventures :)

Not worth the money
The bail handle arrests not upright but a little to the side and the lid does not fit right onto the pot, I need to squeeze it in and can’t take it out one-handed. Also the lid pops with a little pressure. The pot does not sit well on the titan stove either although it has a groove in the bottom which almost matches the top of the stove, but is off a few millimeters. When the handles on the side of the stove are out it gets heavy on one side and the pot will tip off of the stove, but only when the pot is empty. All in all not good quality (-control) for the price, worth 20$ at most.
