Good taste and feel that it has given a good boost to my morning training

I’m a 48-year-old who started exercising again around 8 months ago. Given my age and a lack of any fitness activities for a couple of decades, I need any edge I can find. I’m also trying to lose fat at the same time as building muscle – a tough ask at any age. I have found that BCAA’s do give me a definite boost whilst exercising and seem to help with recovery (a little less aching the following day). They also seem to be allowing me to gain muscle whilst watching my calorie intake (the two don’t naturally fit together). The drink has a pleasant taste and mixes easily with water. My only gripe is that a bigger tub would be good (300g isn’t particularly large). Whilst it’s very difficult for any individual to be certain that it’s a supplement allowing them to achieve their goals, I do feel that this has made a tangible difference to me and I’ll be ordering more.

I read and heard a lot about BCAA supplement but never bought the one. My bodybuilder friend recommended to me to start taking it as I’m on post rehab phase right now, recovering after a bad injury and didn’t want to lose muscle mass. To be honest, she was taking about another brand but I did my own research, read lots of reviews of different products available on amazon and decided to try BCAA Power form Iron Labs 300g. I bought Berry Blast Flavour and happy with my choice. It tastes really good, pleasant natural berries. Taking a half of a scoop and mixing it with about 500ml of water, and taking it just before and during my workout. I’m only taking BCAA Power for a few days and I notice that I feel less tired and my muscles are less sore after Strength training . I’d buy it again and I will definitely recommend this product to anyone who does regular training. Thanks a lot!

Just what you'd expect from high quality bcaa. Just know this is not going to dissolve in water, as it shouldn't. If your bcaa is dissolving, switch brands. The best solution is to mix it in a shaker, but remember to drink all the foam, that's the actual stuff you want. Flavour is amazing, no artificial aftertaste like cheap stuff e.g. myprotein. Only negative, it's 10:1:1 and that's not what I wanted. Should be made clearer in the product title.

Taste was okay although you are supplied with a 25mg scoop so when the serving on the side says 1 scoop you are actually taking more powder because the scoop is bigger than the amount they tell you on the side of the tub, taste wasn't bad although very sweet

This is my first time using this product and I am extremely pleased with it. I chose the berry blast flavour and It tastes nice. not too strong but not bland either. It mixes well with water and doesn't leave the unmixed sediments at the bottom of your shaker or water bottle which has happened with some of my previous ones. I can't definitely say for sure but when I drink this during my weightlifting sessions I do seem to reach the end of my sets easier and recover faster inbetween sets. I would definitely recommend this product and would happily buy again.

This product is great!! For someone new to powder forms of supplements I was concerned it would taste vile.. it's nice tasting, very berryish 😁 I do feel a difference if I don't have it during a workout, more lethargic I guess and it mixes well with water and other power form supplements I add to it such as creatine.

Probably the worst bcaa I ever brought. Taste is awful! Like drinking pure sugar. Powder itself dillutes in water within seconds without putting to much mixing effort. That itself is not a good sign. Point being not a very good quality at all. Brought this only because other bcaa was not available at the time. Waste of money! Not buying it again!

Habe bis dato viele Bcaa s probiert aber dieses hier ist das schlechteste von allem! Der Geschmack ist irgendwie seltsam u zu süß. Normalerweise wenn bccas während des Trainings trinke, spüre ich etwas mehr Leistung aber bei diesem null Wirkung. Ausserdem der Messlöffel ist riesig somit reicht der pulver nicht mal für 20 Tagen. Totale verarschung...kauf ich nicht wieder
