The urethral balls are too big for me at this time.Will need to stretch myself out with some sounds. I am at least two cm too small.

The curve is very comfortable.

So I think this is a great idea for a base ring. I bought the 45mm ring and it definitely makes escape much harder. Your ball’s definitely won’t slip out of this thing. But it’s also a too tight for long term wear. I think this would be easily fixed by making the gap wider by lengthening the second ring and mounting it higher up on the base ring.It’s also hit or miss wether it will work with other Ternence cages. I have a few different Ternence cages and this ring fits some but not others. Poor quality control maybe.Anyway, it’s a great idea and it might work for you. Just order a size up from what you normally wear.
