Stunning, feature packed digital camera, in a light, relatively small package
This camera is a Kodak, so I already had some pre-conceived ideas about what it should be able to do. It not only does everything I wanted it to do, but it does lots more. It is easy enough to use that an absolute beginner can use it right out of the box (almost - you need an SD card), but it is also complex enough to satisfy the needs of a seasoned pro photographer. The zoom is an incredible 40X, and is almost too much - at the max zoom, it is like holding a telescope in your hands and trying to keep it still enough to see - it is truly amazing and fun to play with. The image quality is right up there with much more expensive units. I would give this little camera more stars if I could. All these quality features at this price point? It's a no-brainer - if you need a camera, get this one! You won't be sorry.

Great value and good functionality!
I love this camera! I purchased this to take pictures on my vacation. I do have an expensive DSLR, but did not want to carry around all of that gear. This Kodak is lightweight, easy to use and takes great pictures. The zoom is amazing! The battery life is good (I am using rechargeable). There is a lot of functionality to the camera is you want to experiment of take specialty pics. The color accuracy is superb! I did have an issue with the camera I received from Amazon, but I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new one fairly quickly.

great camera especially for beginners + intermediates
i love this camera!!! it’s beginner friendly, but has so many options for all levels of photographer. my only gripe is that the battery life could be better, but it lasts long enough. i use this to take pictures and videos of concerts and other things. it’s great! if you’re wanting it as a video camera, i do recommend getting an external microphone— the built in mic on the camera is fine, but it’s just fine, not great. overall i love this camera and use it so much 9/10

A great introductory camera - awesome pictures
Camera takes great pictures. Easy to use and is turning my 16 year old into an aspiring photographer! Definitely worth the price.

Criminal Enterprise
Selected for the good MP and X zoom features. Appeared to be fairly popular. The camera was not functional. It appeared to be tampered with and would not power on. Hopefully this is not typical of Kodak. I rather like a white camera.. never had one before.Real shame I had to return it. Hopefully you will have better luck if you select this particular item. This is my 2nd review.. Amazon chose to censor my first review. Let's see if they allow this one. Fun Fun...Update: I am being charged a "restocking fee" ?? The seller sent the item late, it was tampered with, and it was not functional.. WHY am I being charged a restocking fee??Buyer beware - this seller appears to be engaged in criminal activity here.

Download the User Manual!
This was an Amazon Warehouse purchase. Condition shown as "Acceptable", at nearly half the list price. I was skeptical but the Next Day Delivery and knowledge I could return it made me buy it. The camera is in Perfect condition, original box and all accessories included. I am delighted. However, the Quick Start guide provides very little help to a beginning user, but I scanned the QR code in the Guide to access the 91-page Owners Manual. I can either view it on my laptop (too small on the phone) or spend $$ to print it out.I haven't taken but a couple of pictures so far as I want to know what I'm doing first. So far so good and I know I will enjoy getting to know this camera. I am not sure I would be so pleased were it not $88 (vs. $170) but consider me a satisfied customer. I am a retiree and I'm sure that is part of the issue with using this, as younger folks would intuitively know how to fly through the buttons and settings. The lens cap is dismally loose, as many reviews pointed out, but a few slivers of electrical tape around the inside of the cap creates a good snug fit. Picture quality is sharp and satisfying. Enjoy!!

Potentially Decent Camera!
I used this product for photographing a model in amble light situations. I am not a professional but even after doing some research and studying this camera for use, I could not find a pleasant photo to show for it. I tried each camera setting, adjusted each of these setting, and even fixed the lighting in each of my photo areas. Still, my photos would come out blurry, noisy, Or underexposed. I tried to give this camera the benefit of the doubt and see if the video setting was any better than the photo. I admit this camera has decent quality, video recording but, after trying to view that same video on a computer(Lenovo- chrome book) I was unable to see the file or video. Which again became a big disappointment. Although I read the reviews before purchasing this camera I still had to give it a try for myself! After trying this camera out I would not primarily recommend this camera to any friends! I can say that you get what you paid for. This is a nice cheap camera which has potential if you’re invested in learning how to use it or invested in purchasing camera accessories to make your photos pop. 2/5 Stars.
