These are just what I needed
I’ve lost weight and the boobs are generally the first thing to go. I wish they came larger, but this is the largest size I could find. They stay in place well without any adhesive required and depending on how you place them in the bra, you can get a different effect. I would definitely recommend these. I love that they came with a little bag for storage and they wash well, excellent quality and thick without causing you to sweat. I can’t wait to sneak these into my swimsuit this summer.

Add 2 cup sizes as advertised.
A few years ago I lost over 150 lbs. My bra size went from a 46DDD down to a 36C. My actual measurements are band size is 35, and bustling is 39. I miss have the bigger bustline. So when I came across these I thought I would give them a try. I also previously ordered a 36DD bra in hopes of finding a way to fill it out. As you can see by the pictures provided the before and after having the pads in and the difference with a shirt on.The one thing I would do if I ever needed to reorder them is to order a medium instead of the large. The large if not placed perfectly will peek out a little in the cleavage area.I just wished the were made more of a retro shape to them and was just a little bit more pointy, but I know most would rather not have that look.

which way is up?
Which way is up? I have no idea, and neither do my boobs. These bra pads are… fine. They exist. They’re soft, they’re shaped kind of like something that should go in a bra, and they do a decent job of preventing the ever-dreaded high-beam effect. So, points for that. But here’s the thing: I cannot for the life of me figure out which side is up. Or down. Or inside. Every time I try to put them in, it’s like solving a puzzle designed by someone who has never met a bra or a human body. I’ve twisted, rotated, flipped—and still end up with at least one side looking like it’s waving the white flag. They also shift around like they’re on a field trip. You put them in, go about your day, and suddenly one’s up near your collarbone and the other’s having an identity crisis down by your ribs. There’s no adhesive or structure to help them stay put, so it’s really a Choose Your Own Adventure situation every time.✅ Pros:Soft and lightweightProvide modesty coverageAffordable⚠️ Cons:No clear top or bottom—just vibesConstant repositioningMay end up looking like you're storing snacks in your braI’ll keep using them for now, mostly because I’m too tired to keep searching. But would I recommend them? Only if you’re emotionally prepared for chaos.

Absolutely perfect
I am a 34C and a large is the perfect fit for me. The 4cm one is the equivalent to a Victoria's secret push-up, and the 6cm one is probably the equivalent to the bombshell ("add 2 cup sizes") by Victoria's secret. Some say that is too much padding, so if a bombshell bra is too much for you, then get the 4cm. It won't disappoint.I used this in a bikini top, and if you do, be sure it has underwire and solid cups. Sew it on, and cut the top part to size if needed (like if it's a balconette or demi style top). It is awesome and filled me out beautifully.
