This has been a key part of a recovery program I put together following total hip joint replacement. There's more to it than Liposomal vitamin C, but it is a cornerstone for collagen processing in the body, and 6,000 mg/day has worked very wall; the liposomal aspect is key to being able to handle that dosage without intestinal irritation, and high absorption rates.As a result, my home care nursing and physical therapy team discontinued visits after the 2nd week of what is normally a six week program, because they said I was doing far too well to need their support anymore- as the nurse put it, I was a upper 1% performer in recovery. This has Lysine in it…I’ve read in The Vitamin Bible it is beneficial to the walls of blood vessels. I’ve taken it for years. Best one.

Very easy to swallow. Doesn't give me heartburn good value for your money. Been taking it for 2 years now.

So by that i mean it has some if the C and lysine, but not the wholeAmount nor the proline..Ive taken high doses of C ( 5-8000) dailyOver a decade, and i added lysine n proline in my coffee ( food competes)I also take quercitin.. So while this is fairly low amounts, its handy to take on the go..I looked up the C and Q, and it appears they are better versions, but im not sure..Ive always taken livon labs lipo C, and had great success.. And ive notBeen able to get that from any other lipo versions.. Its my understanding that lipospheric isA process and just adding lipids doesnt do it..So while the livon blob isnt as awesome to take as a capsule, i find it hardTo believe that if it COULD be in a cap, that they wouldnt have come out with it..So my nutshell is..👍I think this is a handy combo👍 i hope the C n Q are better than basic👍 price isnt too bad for the convenience✋ Dont feel like its as good as livon lipo as far as the CWill update if i change my mind by the end of the bottle..🐈🐈🐈🐈
