All items plastic wrapped and fabric drawers used to separate/protect metal peices in package.- Instructions are very clear and easy to follow with necessary tool provided (Allen wrench/Phillips head 2-in-one). Hardware and shelf elements all well labeled with easy to remove stickers (does not damage paint/design)- Extra hardware provided (one extra of each screw/bolt) and 2 wall mount screws with drywall anchors provided if you want to anchor it to a wall.- Drawers slide in and out very easily and are easy to assemble (each drawer individually packaged to keep clean)- Handles are metal, sturdy, and not wobbly (very secure)- Looks great!- Plastic protective feet swivel to add up to an extra inch of height if desired (mine in picture are all the way screwed in) and would keep hardwood floors safe- Some screw cutouts in metal slats are oval to allow a little wiggle room to make alignment easy, but stays sturdy when tightened down.- Fits great in small spaces. Ours is in the guest room between the bedroom door and closet- Front of drawers are wood patterned (fabric) and sides and the remainder of the interior and exterior of the drawers are true black. The drawers do the have standard stiff inserts for the bottomsCons- Similar to installing a tire, don't tighten everything down all the way for each step until all peices are assembled to prevent having to fight torsion- I don't care for the black fabric border at the top of the drawers and wish the front was just the wood facade, however the black does blend will with the natural lines of the black metal slats. The black strips at the top of each drawer are also what gives it the nice crisp black line division between doors that balances out the design- I wish there was a real wood option, but this is the next best thingOverall: Great product. Description and pictures on Amazon are true to real life, no negative surprises. Positive surprises of the necessary tool and extra hardware being included. Highly recommend for a simple storage solution, especially for a guest room, college dorm, apartment, or for someone that moves frequently. If you need sturdy drawers to hold heavy items, choose something else as this has a stiff bottom insert, but the metal shelves do not have weight support in the middle of the drawer, which could lead to drawer sagging over time for heavy objects (have not tested long-term weight bearing yet). Another option is to reinforce or replace the drawer bottoms with balsa wood or thin plywood to strengthen the bottom and significantly increase your weight capacity (to a probably unnecessary magin of safety)

Sooo... for a full bedroom, I'd consider this a very small dresser. I'd suggest this dresser maybe for a growing child between 3-9. For me, I'm approaching my 30s, this is perfect for me because I'm storing just under garments/pjs, makeup, candles, and perfumes. I also live in a studio and I didn’t want my space cluttered as I hate not being able to walk around the full perimeter of my bed and there's still space to do so. It's perfect for me.

We have followed instructions and set it up within like 40 minutes. It is easy and smooth. With good quality and worth the price as well.

Came quick through the mail, had a bunch of extra screws when put together it was a little wobbly but not too bad. Does what it needs to for now. 4 stars for the extra screws and the tiny ass tool that they gave you to put it together. It was a pain but it got put together regardless. Looks almost better than the picture which is cool.

The media could not be loaded.  This dresser was perfect for the space I was working with. Drawers are soft but sturdy. Don't overstuff! 8 drawers is plenty. The shelves on top are great for perfume or jewelry. Took my spouse 2 hrs to complete. Very sturdy and framed well. Highly recommend.

Looks great, cheaper made drawers but honestly it looks better than I thought it would!
