High Quality Musical Birthday Sparkling Fountain Party Candle in Blue

I tested two different versions of this product, this one was of the two the one more prone to have problems with it but I did have working examples among the ones I purchased aswell as those that didnt. I can only guess that the wire attaching to the source of the music or movement of the candle had been broken in transit or when it was being set up.Even if you dont have one which is up to spec and doesnt work completely these remain great novelty candles, there is a touch flare surface in the heart of the flower which when ignited goes off like a roman candle and the flame ignites smaller birthday candles on the petals which fold out at the same time. There are some videos uploaded on Youtube if you'd like to get a better idea of how they work.As I stated in the other review, you need to take care with this, its much greater in the flame it produces than any indoor fireworks or anything of that nature but its not like firecrackers or any other sorts of prohibited or licenced fireworks or anything like that. I used it at an adult birthday gathering rather than a childrens party. Its also a single use item, so you dont replace the birthday candles and work away once more.

These are a real hoot, great fun and a fascination. I don't think these are intended for really young children. They could be dangerous, particually if you have bushy eyebrows. They don't come with safety warnings or instructions. They do have an annoying tune, which results in putting the whole thing outside to upset the neighbours. Even after dismantaling the whole thing at the end of the evening, the tune really doesn't stop. Great! I love it. Will get again

this is a very unusual birthday candle it is a lot of fun to watch it came quickly and was well packaged

Very dangerous, it didn't open and the plastic started melting all over the cake, also embarrassing as I had gone to a lot of effort with the cake and we had to rush and try to put it out safely

I love these candles,It's lovely to be able to get them in blue. They always make an impact with the grandchildren as well as they like to see them come to life when they are lit.

Wasn't very good. Sparkled for about 3 seconds! Candles hopeless. It didn't cost much but wouldnt recommend
