I’ve used Retinol, Retin A, and just about everything. My skin, after only two weeks of use, once daily at night, looks better than ever! Skin is smooth, tighter, and my pores apoear smaller. It is like youth in a bottle! I just bought two more bottles, and I’m not even done with bottle one. Stellar product, and I never want to be without it. I am often on camera, as I work in the entertainment industry, and it helps so much!

I like this product and have gone through a 1oz bottle purchased directly from Timeless. I'd read reviews about Timeless Vitamin C serum from other sellers, saying the batch they received was old an discolored. So I was a little worried about buying a 4oz Matrixyl 3000, even though Timeless assures 2-years shelf life after manufacture. The box I received in the mail today was sealed with the manufacturer's silver band, and had a date stamp from only two months ago. It looked authentic. So I'm hoping it's true and real. I like paying $20 less for the product than I would if purchasing directly from Timeless.As for the product itself, I like it because it's one of the only products that dermatologists in peer reviewed journals say actually boosts collagen significantly enough to be noticed. I wanted to try retynol, a proven collagen booster, but I'm out in the sun every day so just doesn't make sense to increase my skin's photo-sensitivity, which in and of itself causes wrinkles for those of us who are outside often. Matrixyl 3000, on the other hand, does not increase skin's sun sensitivity. For me, this is a huge plus.I have a noticed slight improvement, I've been using it for about 2 months. I'm a realistic person, and appreciate small improvements. There's no miracle fountain of youth out there. I've noticed a reduction in fine lines, and a small general overall improvement in elasticity. My skin just looks a little more robust overall since I've decided to use serums. Just do your research! And buy a reputable brand.

This product is an adjunct to my serum that contains moisturizers and Palmityl Pentapeptide-3 which supercharges aging skin that is producing less collagen. Essentially, it increases collagen levels akin to women in their 20's and 30's. Matrixyl is a TETRApeptide and works in conjunction with the pentapeptide. This is really 2 products in one: Matrixyl 3000 is a combination of peptides commonly used in anti-aging products to boost collagen production, and hyaluronic acid serum is a non-greasy humectant moisturizer. HA serum alone is often sold by high-end skincare companies for upwards of $50 for just 1.0 or 1.7 oz! And they usually add fragrances, colors, and other junk to it. Here you're getting a whopping 4 oz and no junk. There's no better deal anywhere, I've looked. This is not a magic potion and probably won't do a whole lot to reverse major skin damage, but if you want to prevent further aging and keep your skin as firm as possible, you'd be crazy not to have this in your arsenal. Especially if you've already spent money on chemical peels, laser treatments, or a facelift. Use this (and of course sunscreen) to protect that investment. One 4 oz bottle can last anywhere from a month to a year depending on if you only use it on your face, or on your neck, chest, tummy, upper arms, etc. I use it at night, but you can definitely use it during the day -- put it on first and let it absorb for a minute or two before applying makeup or sunscreen. This bottle lasted me a year! I have been using this in the morning along with tretinoin every few days at night and my skin looks so much better. I decided at 35 I needed to step up my skin care and this product definitely helped! I like it in the morning because it absorbs so well. My fine lines are practically gone!

Matrixyl is a combination of several peptides: palmitoyl oligopeptide and palmitoyl tetrapepetide-7. These peptides signal the skin cells to produce collagen. It's supposed to be highly effective for anti-aging. That being said, the serum does not feel as if it absorbs into my skin. I can't confirm whether it has helped at all due to the fact I have only been using it for a few weeks, but I might keep looking around for another formulation. Matrixyl Synthe'6 is a newer version of Matrixyl which may be more effective.

I have used this for years. It helps to keep your makeup from settling into lines and wrinkles. It’s more affordable than the more expensive ones and works just as well.
