Once a Day Sun Protection SPF 50

Was what I wanted

Bought for someone with decreased sun tolerance due to meds - but they work outdoors. They tend to sweat off the normal stuff. They were dubious inititally but after trying it abroad in the sun, they said "it doesn't smell bad and I didn't get burned" - they said they want to buy more when this runs out.

Purchased a couple of bottles of these to take to Majorca for my kids. It was 35° most days and I'm pleased to say the lotion worked well. Only needed to apply once a day and was fully protected. The lotion itself is more like a clear gel, goes on great and doesn't take long to soak in. Bit of a tip: do not rub the lotion in too much as it starts to get bitty on the skin. Once applied leave it to dry on its own for a minute or so.

We tried this product having used a more expensive one before. I was very impressed as protected us in the Egyptian sun for 8 hrs with neither of us burning. It also seemed very water resistant as we were dipping in and out of the sea. It’s easy to apply which I did in my hotel room before going to breakfast. Goes on easily, does smell a bit but soon fades and absorbs really easily. I recommend smoothing it on skin rather than trying to rub it in. I will definitely be buying it for our next holiday as such value for money

I've used the calypso SPF 30 and 50 and both seem really good, I was out all day and applied first thing in the morning and again after lunch because it was a long day in the sun, I didn't burn with the SPF 30 at 20 degree full sun all day. I've now tried the SPF 50 just because of the extra protection and aren't bothered for a tan but there's a big difference between them, the SPF30 is much thinner and feels like alcohol gel and doesn't feel sticky at all which is great but the SPF 50 however is much thicker and leaves my skin sticky like some other sun creams which I hate so I might try the SPF 40 next time and see what happens. This WILL stain clothes so don't wear white and let it soak in for a while before getting dressed, it does say this in the instructions along with its only water resistant for two 20 minute swims so don't think you can swim all day with one application

Got this as I work outside all day and it is annoying to keep re applying sun tan lotion. As sun tan lotion, it seems to work but it has the following draw back: -States Non-Greasy, it is the greasiest sun cream i have ever used. Even hours after applying, it is sticky and greasy. -It clumps up when applying, especially on the face. -8 hour sun protection but states, (noticed after purchase) to avoid the sun between 11am-3pm?! That's like buying an umbrella that states "avoid heavy rain". I got this lotion as I am out all day, often during these times so that is useless information to me.

I am very pale and burn easily, I’ve used this for years now and never burn (I even tan!) I usually apply twice throughout the day in hot sun and never burn. I don’t get a rash either with this product. It is a gel consistency and soaks in quickly. Like most sun creams it will stain white clothes so just be careful. It does have a strong smell when first applying but that soon disappears!

Greasy.marks clothes only just started using .Not as described.Went to ask for refund today but 1 day too late.

Don't buy Asian skin it's not good

Leider hat mir die Sonnenschutz Lotion sehr stark in den Augen gebrannt, abgesehen davon habe ich sie als angenehm auf der Haut empfunden.
