After reading the other reviews I was a bit hesitant about ordering this item and to be honest if the price had been the same as another well known outlet I wouldn’t have risked it but maybe we’ve just been lucky ,but this microwave is brilliant, it was delivered within 48 hours despite being ordered on a Sunday. One downside is it’s relentless ice cream jingle to signify the end of cooking. Brilliant ,easy to use and great service from this particular seller

A sleek & stylish design combined with great functionality & high power rating caught my eye when selecting this product and it lives up to the billing.The minimalist design means that the preset section of the control panel is hidden behind the closed door and there's no revolving plate but a flatbed within the cavity. The volume of this oven is deceptive and I initially worried that it was going to be a struggle to squeeze my largest plate inside, but I was relieved to discover it was a perfect fit.The power output is 900w so food is cooked swiftly, efficiently & thoroughly, there are 8 Auto Cook settings for such staples as rice, potatoes & spaghetti among others. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and I'm looking forward to trialing the more complex features such as the two-stage & pre-set cooking functions in the days to come.I'm not going to pretend that I'm a genius in the kitchen, but I would like to think that I might be one day and this little fella just may turn out to be my strong right hand.

It works OK but has an odd foible. Every now and again the display goes haywire. It is then necessary to switch it off, leave it a moment or two and then switch it in again to reboot the system.

This microwave is one of the best I have had, it is really easy to use and even easier to clean. Really good value for money.

Avoid this product like the plague! Unfortunately I didn't read feedback from previous customers concerning problems with this item. On first use my microwave suffered the corrupt display error mentioned by so many reviewers. This appears to be a design problem with the product. I also experienced the slightly unresponsive buttons that some reviewers have mentioned. I don't know why Amazon are still selling it!The oven itself is quite stylish & looks good. It plays a pretty tune when timing is up rather than the usual beeps or dings. However it is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! Mine was returned for a refund within 1 hour of it being delivered.

Let's be clear about this oven, it looks great and the materials are high quality but it doesn't operate at the same high level. In fact its performance is quite disappointing. The worst thing about it is the sofware, its brain, that goes dead on you when you least expect it. The display goes all funny and nothing seems to work. The only thing you can do then is to unplug the oven and re-plug it after a while. You then have to reset the clock because without the clock set to what ever time the machine won't work. The touch control panel is fiddly and sluggish. And in spite of what they tell you, there are cold spots there, the flatbed design leaves something to be desired. But don't get me wrong, it's still a good oven when it works. The inside is made of stainless steel and it's easy to clean if need be. It looks very stylish and the materials used in its manifacture are high quality glass, aluminium and metal. Shame for the lousy chip somewhere inside and those unresponsive buttons.

2 stars that's only because of the fault I have found with both units I have received.I couldn't give it none as I loved it when it worked, Had they worked as intended they would have been given 5. Loads of space inside with having no turntable and loads of power being 900w, would have been perfect...but the first unit after setting the clock and using it about 4 times the digital display went all jumbled up and garbled, so I unplugged it turned it back on and set the clock after using it again it done it again so I returned it.2nd unit after the 2nd use did exactly the same. I phoned Hobbs and the lady said that they had no reports but that the item was brand new to the market took the batch no and she would report it to whatever dept deals with such stuff, and said even though she would defend their products she recommended I got a refund, If only I could have had one that worked as intended

Excellent microwave, much easier to fit dishes into and cooks evenly. Looks great and I’m surprised it wasn’t much more expensive. Great buy
