After 3 months, the adhesive part fell off the wall. Is there a way to reuse them?

Home Depot has the strongest double sided tape ever. It comes in a small roll it’s about an inch wide. You will find it in the paint department next to the other tapes and glue.

Has anyone ever used this in the shower does it really stay or will it fall off when it gets wet

These would not stay stuck on my tile in the shower, I even tried gorilla double sided tape, still would not stay on tile!! For me, it was a waste of money, because I bought 2 sets at once!!!

My bottles where too heavy and the clips broke off, how can I get the adhesive tabs off the shower walls?

Recommended to use a thin blade, Utility knife, or other similar tool. gently scraping.

I would take into consideration the weight of the bottles you would use after removing the holder. It’s a pretty sturdy adhesive and I feel (with regards to mine) once I remove it and place it some where else, it most likely won’t adhere as well again, you’d want to find another adhesive sticker.
