Came as pictured, work fantastically
I am using my mother's account to write this review. I am a senior in high school, who is a guitarist and works in a shop every day. I have been using these for a bit now and they work fantastically, following the instructions about opening the ear canal before putting it in results in a comfortable fit for my relatively big ears. I used them during my shop period and heavy power tools were being used. As a musician, my hearing is very important, so i put these in and they cut down the volume greatly, however i could still easily communicate at normal levels with my classmates and teacher, This is a fantastic product and i would highly recommend them to any musician who needs to keep their hearing in check

Used at concerts all summer long!
I love that these take away all the extra noise at loud concerts so I can hear the singer and like the individual instruments so much better. I can also hear people talk to me during loud music, but I have to pull it out of one ear to talk back and yell or they can't hear me.

They are good for the money
They are cheap and work great for the money. They slide out of my ears sometimes and can be hard to put back in comfortably. I recommend looking for a higher quality pair if you also struggle with in ear plugs falling out, but these do work really well if you can get them to stay in.

Reliable Ear Protection
Very intense ear protection. Have used them at two concerts and have not had any after concert loss of hearing, it’s very intense as to how you insert them but we’ll worth the protection. It does not effect hearing the music but will effect hearing any people you interact with.So short range hearing sounds underwater but hearing anything amplified will be perfect.

Works really well sitting in the winds and brass section
I can enjoy playing my music without the threat of losing my hearing every time the piccolos shriek and trumpets scream, yet I can still hear the conductor give instructions. Comes in black so it's easy to blend in during orchestra concerts. I like the neck cord so you can take them out of your ears and not lose them or scramble to dig them out of your pocket to put them in.

Reduces noise, not so good for conversation
I was hoping from other reviews that this would cut down the loudness level but leave mid-range sounds audible. It cuts down loudness all right, but it also lowers the volume of mid-range so that it's difficult to have a conversation while wearing them. I may be looking for the impossible. It's an improvement over foam plugs, and presumably does the job of helping to protect hearing, but I do need to remove at least one in order to have a conversation in a loud environment.

Works perfectly for multi day festivals
Wore these for 2 days right in front of the speakers at Beyond Wonderland. I didn't have any issues after with hearing loss! A little uncomfortable with how far in they go, but no pain. Just a little itchiness, which is probably my fault...

Works to cut sound volume without detail loss better than foam
Works to cut sound volume without detail loss better than foam, but still too big for those with small ear canals and being black they are lost forever if you drop them in a club. On the plus side... you don't want hearing loss, especially if you love music, which is most likely why you are viewing this product. I'd say for those with normal ear canal sizes this probably is fine.
