Very comfortable and good quality
Packing was worst. The box was 75% damaged, but somehow the recliner was fine. No damage or scratches on the recliner. Working very well. Would have given 5 star if they used a better packing.

Wakefit products are always good for me as per my experiences.
Have been posting my review after 2 months of use age. Have bought recliner with revolving function for my parents and up till now it works perfectly fine. It’s a leather so it gets a bit warm during summer would request wakefit to add more options like cloth finish to it . Have looked for other recliners also before buying this one and had found some really cozy and comfortable recliners but either they were costly or some lacks revolving function. Wakefit recliner is same as it is shown in pictures and the service and delivery is also really good. It could have been more comfortable though but cant find this amount of comfort in this price range. Have been using other wakefit products also for a long time and can definitely say wakefit is a good company providing good products at affordable price.✌🏻

All their Customer support team Usha, Damodar, Harish etc., are very creative in giving blatant and fake responses just to pass time I Ordered Recliners & Sofabed date: 3rd June 2022 Promised delivery date:18th June 2022 Today's date is 18th July 2022- Still didn't get delivery and last 15 days I'm exhausted with these nastiest customer support team for follow ups daily.. However received the partial order with recliners two days before with very BAD smell just and got confirmation call whether order received or not Wakefit support says we don’t repeat the same mistake and they deserve the same repeated mistakes repeatedly... Wakefit support team says below tricky points: • Dispatched from Karnataka, but NO tracking or NO evidence • Reached Hyderabad go down, but NO tracking or NO evidence? • Manufacturing defects, but NO Photo Or NO evidence? Awesome Recliner.
After trying a lot of recliners we tried WakeFit and it felt and looked great. With great warranty and support (heard from friends) we decided to give it a try. It's definitely worth it now. Delivery was handles very well. The follow up after the installation made sure everything was perfect. The Recliner is very comfortable too. Thanks WakeFit and Amazon!

wakefit has worst customer care
They do not reply and when you call them they say their team will contact us. But they never contact you and send messages that they tried to contact but couldn't connect. I have lodged a complaint with them to fix the issue of sofa making sound while swinging and foot rest not working properly but they have responded by saying your product is new and will take some time to work properly. They do not even entertain return request for faulty products. So think before buying this product. Don't go by reviews. Explore other options like sleepyhead RX7 or Duroflex avalon. Cons : leatherette may come off easily if it gets brushed with anything even slightly. Sitting for long hours is not comfortable you may need additional cushions as it is designed in such a way that your buttocks area get sink inside and rest of the body is popping out. Leatherette becomes sweaty even when ac is working. What's the use of 3 year warranty when they don't even entertain you and give excuses like above. Proof of their reply is attached.

Overall a good product but horrible after sales service/response
It's been a couple of weeks since I got this sofa... So far it's good however the one thing I didn't like about the product is that the company clearly mentioned that they do not provide after sales service and I would need to search for a third party contact, in case I have some issues. The product company should have technicians available for after sales service so that the end user experience is enhanced and people would do more "word of mouth" publicity for their products and services. **** I had a very bad experience with the after sales customer service as i had an issue with the footrest of the recliner popping out. I had informed the delivery guy about this and he said that it needs some oiling and it would work. However the same issue repeated after a while and since it was a new and recently delivered product, I emailed the Wakefit company to help me get this fixed as i thought it to be a product defect. Unfortunately the customer service is horrible and i had to send multiple emails to them to get a response and still had no luck. Ultimately I reached out to a third-party person to come and repair the sofa. Note to all buyers... If the sofa is delivered fine and is working well then your lucky but if you face an issue during the initial days itself, then I would say your best option is to regret your purchase and get someone else to help you fix it.********
