Seems like a good supplement. I feel better than usual and have more energy, although it's hard to attribute those things directly to a single supplement. I can say that Vitamin K is not found in most multivitamins or other supplements, so I probably was missing it for a while. These capsules taste fine, and they're tiny and easy to swallow. Bringing them along on a trip is no problem!

I must limit the scope of my review to physical aspects of the purchase because I have no way to learn the chemical purity and potency of the product itself. The packaging and the pills appear as advertised. Whole Foods has a reputation for high quality and high prices; however, the price for this item is competitive.
