I'ts habit forming.
The cheese is crumbly and habit forming. I share with a friend who drinks white wine with it. Don't be afraid of the ginger! It's so mild you'll barely know it's there. This is the second third time I've ordered it.

So delicious and so hard to find
I've searched all over my hometown of Louisville KY and can't find anyone selling ant kind of mango Stilton. Tis version is absolutely addictive. I will buy it monthly until they cut my social security pension.
