The Shack [DVD] [2017]

Very enjoyable and moving film.thought provoking

I wanted to watch this film having seen the trailer and wasn't disappointed. The film covers some very difficult subjects admirably.

Saw the trailer and liked what I saw with some interest.Does not disappoint well worth viewing.Recommended to a female friend and she was pleased at what I pointed out re.God.U don't have to b religious but does make U think.

Watched this on the TV and had to buy my own copy. A very enjoyable film that was very moving and thought provoking.

This movie starts out very good and while it's a not a bad movie at all, it does drag things out a bit; the movie is dealing with a very traumatic situation where neither parent is to blame and that's a very good premise I think. For some viewers it's possible that the topic of forgiveness is too much to deal with but essentially this movie is about forgiveness and christianity; it forces you to look at the perpetrator as someone to be forgiven which is hard; it's not a harsh movie, it may be a little bit too 'sweet' for some but I think that what may jar viewers is the lack of violence and revenge. It's good to see things from this perspective but be warned, this is not an action movie, this is a deep thought and christian movie.

A brilliant movie with strong biblical teaching such as judgement & forgivenessNote: watch the beginning carefully as it gives reasoning as to why God The Father appears as a Octavia Spencer; like take with a pinch of salt but understand the context they use & whyI also find that used an actor who appears to be of Middle Eastern descent to portray Jesus is fitting given that the real Jesus was born into the world in 1st Century Israel with likely olive skin

I've read the book three times and have seen the movie twice! I highly recommend it!

I paid new designed as gift, however I got rabish or reused product. This product is not valid it's prize.Unusable anyway. Be carful buying from amazon storage.
