I prefer individual wrapped crackers. Each package has two crackers. Many of them were broken but if you are eating them with soup it wouldn’t matter. I appreciate the convenience factor.

I wanted individually wrapped crackers, so that when I use them, they won't all go stale. Well, what a disappointment. Even the friends I shared it with said it was STALE! So much for individually wrapped crackers to be used for freshness! I'm not going to return them. Just throwing them away as a useless $16 purchase. Don't advertise these! They are old and tasteless!!

The Lance grilled cheese crackers were in the same paper shipping envelope as these crackers. Sure, it's hard to spread anything one these but think of the time it saved when adding them to a bowl of soup.This is a "no return" product which makes it ineligible for a refund. A one star review will be rejected, so I need to be positive.

Tasty crackers, worked well for my snack cups for a cookout- however, nearly 1/2 of the cracker packs were broken, a few crushed beyond use. I wouldn’t have minded so much if they were just for me.

I bought a very expensive box of prepackaged white crackers to carry around due to a medical condition that causes nausea. I know I can get the product cheaper but this was bought for more than just consumption. The crackers weren't just stale - they are moist. And they have a smell. They are inedible. I know you can't return food for a multitude of honest reasons. But the food should at the very least be consumable! This is pretty much stealing. Amazon will NOT help me. And I can't figure out how to contact the company directly. If the company would like to do the right thing - please reach out to me. Otherwise you are heartless taking advantage of people and hiding behind the giant Amazon machine.

One of our favorite restaurants offered Lance saltine crackers with our meal. They were amazingly fresh and crisp. Since our all time favorite saltines has changed their "recipe" and they taste terrible, we have been searching for an alternative. The Lance crackers we received were much less in quality and freshness and were "borderline" stale. Next will be Zesty saltines.
