Native American Wisdom (Running Press Miniature Editions)

Bought this for a friend, he was delighted with it but personally I think it was overpriced for what it was.

this little gem of a book took forever to arrive, (in fact the seller had to re post it!) but it was great when it finally reached me. Such a tiny but perfect little book, it contains some beautiful photographs with text based on different topics in the native American tradition. I would have given it five stars, if only it had reached me in time. The seller was helpful, at least.

The Native Indians were so in tune with the Great Spirit. This book is a very small pocket sized book with nice photographs; it has quotes from various Native Indians; use their wisdom to live more like them day by day, and to be more in tune with nature and the Great Spirit that dwells within you.

The book was interesting.The size was very interesting about 6cms square. Small pocket size.All in all it is what it is.+

Pictures paint a thousand words but the pictures here paint 10 thousand. A very good book but doesn't take up any space on the shelf unlike some books which take up far too much. Excellent for the size and the price.

Take this little fountain of wisdom and thought in your pocket - amazing photographs for such a compact little work of art. Emotive, thought-provoking, peaceful, calm, strong. I have to mention, also, my other recently discovered treasure - 'In Beauty may I Walk' - words so powerful I cried!
