The Latitude 3520 is not listed on this document so I'm not sure if there is a supported Dell stylus for your laptop.

I would expect so. Dell says it is compatible with the Latitude 5289 2-in-1. I use it with a 7390 w-in-1 with no problems.

No, this stylus is not compatible with the Dell Latitude 5300.
