I am size 41 or 7.5. Would the size 7 be okay?

This is a difficult one - I am a size 6 in normal shoes and 6.5 in trainers and ordered size 6 or EU39If you are more like a 7.5 I would be tempted to size up rather than down.Hope they fit - They are sooo comfy

How are the unisex ones different from the women’s ones?

I don’t think there is any difference, just maybe a bigger selection of larger sizes. I got some light blue ones in size 7 and they are wonderful. So comfortable. I don’t usually get on with toe posts but these are great. I also have a pair of the black sports slides and they are also fantastic. Would recommend highly.
