Q: what is internal hole diameter of the 50mm ones please

The internal hole diameter of the 50mm pads is 30mm. I've got it in my hand. I use mine on a Sennheiser single earpiece with microphone and it's spot on.

Q: I have db power model be-100. the headphone overall size is approx 80mm x 70mm. would i be right in thinking 80 mm the best fit or go one size lower.

I would not by these with such a significant size difference. There are other ear pads available on Amazon that would be a better size match

If you measure the outside to see if it is the measurement of the earpiece it doesn't matter, the hole side stretchers around it. A bit of patience is required, but I got mine over no bother.

In my very limited experience the correct earpad diameter is about 5mm more than the diameter of the headphone earpiece it fits over. The 50mm diameter ones were perfect for my Sennheiser PX100 headphones. Hope this helps.
