Veetee Supreme Basmati Rice (10 kg)

Decent quality basmati although we did not find it as good as the top brand basmati. Nevertheless it's good for the price and we ordered 2 x 10kgs as we live in a remote area and difficult to get larger quantities locally. We found less water is required with this brand otherwise it gets sticky. Makes a good pilaf or fried rice.

Veetee is good brand but fragrance of this product is not specialRice did not taste and feel fresh

A fine basmati rice to serve with curries, chilli con carne, Chinese food , Thai food, whatever you enjoy rice with. I believe it is only second to Tilda basmati rice, I have tried both and really cannot tell the difference other than the price. This is great quality and priced accordingly.

They have change the quality of rice. I have been buying this for many years from Asda they have stopped doing brought it from amazon the packaging is wrong it’s misleading as the rice should be slightly brown but was white and bleached very disappointed

Delicious and great price. Cooks easily and aromatic and tasty. Very happy with quality. Thank you. Easily comparable to other products twice as much in price. Bargain.

I read the feedback and felt confident I would receive a first class product, mine was full of thousands of tiny beetles (most still alive). the reason I gave two stars instead of just one was because I managed to get my money back. I did feel it was important though to tell what happened though I don't understand why it happened, naturally I had to throw it away.

One of the best basmati's I have tried and excellent value. Needs less cooking time than others.
