Kiwi #504 3" Mini Cleaver

Love this little trial-size cleaver. Excellent for cheeses and round cured meats for appetizer/party trays.

Highly recommend these knives. They stay sharp and if they ever get to a point they are to far gone they are cheap enough to buy a new one

I was really surprised at how sharp this little knife is. Wow!!! I got it because I wanted a knife for chopping garlic and it's great for that. In fact, I'm using it quite a bit for chopping herbs and vegetables, too. I don't know how long it will last, but I have never had a knife this sharp and I've got quite a few (not cheap) knives. It doesn't look all that sturdy, but so far, it has held up fine and also, the edge has retained its sharpness. I hope anyone who buys this will take care because, as I said, it is extra sharp.UpdateI've had this knife for quite a while, perhaps a year or two and use it a lot and it's still going strong. I cook all my meals, so I have to say that it's in constant use. It doesn't look that strong, so I'm a bit surprised that it's held up so well. This was a surprisingly good purchase.

It’s very small. Not what I thought so I had to buy a 6inch cleaver. But would be good for small vegetables. But I kept it in case I decide to use it. Gave 3 stars just because of the size. I received it on time.

Nice little mini cleaver - great for slicing veggies and it is super sharp!

Great for achieving those fine cuts on the smaller items, super fast and efficient as well. Very sharp one of my favorite handheld kitchen items.
