My previous orders for this item have not stated, "single use" and i always change after 2 uses not one. does anyone else get 2 uses?

These lancets are recommended for single use for hygienic reasons, to stop risk of infection. The box says "Do not reuse lancets" "Do not store lancet in lancing device" "After use, discard lancet in puncture resistant container". To use the lancet more than once would be your risk. It is possible but not recommended.

Why are these now marked,"Single use only", as previous supplies haven't and i always got 2 uses per lancet?

I don't know the answer but would guess they are playing safe, if a lance is used more than once there is a risk bacteria could grow on it and cause an infection. Also if someone else used it chance of cross infection. They are so cheap I always use them once then throw away.

Do these work with glocorx vet glucometer

I use a GlucoRx Nexus TD4277 monitoring system and they fit the Glucometer lancet gun ok. You need the test strips for the meter itself, but the lancets are designed to fit most popular lancing devices.

Can these be used with alphatrack 2 for dogs

Don't know answer, although a dog owner.Perhaps you could get a vet to do a Blood sugar and then test the blood using the GLUCORx as soon as possible after vet. test.
