Does this work for natural hair as well as relaxed?

I don't know about relaxed hair, but it certainly works for natural hair.

Can I wash my hair then use the detangling cream then use some hair growth oil?????

This is a deep conditioner dear, it should be used after you've washed the hair and left on for at least 30 mins. As for the process above, you should always detangle before washing and THEN condition before sealing with oil okay?

Great Deep Conditioner

I love using this deep conditioner on my hair, it smells great and feels lovely on my hair and makes it feel soft. I've tried lots of other brands, but this is one of the best that responds to my relaxed hair. I normally deep condition my hair once a week so this jar lasts quite a long time. I would definitely recommend trying this.

Tried and Tested

Being using this product for over 10years now. I am used to it and it works for my Type 4C relaxed hair. I use it with a steam cap after a shampoo wash and then do a protective style.

Fab conditioner

I LOVE this!! It's made my hair so soft and shiny I swear it repaired my dammage too I will deffo buy it again. And it smells good too. I unfortunately have thick course hair that resembles a horse tail with a slight wave. this conditioner made it feel healthy and manageable.
