Q: Are they highlighter resistant?

They are but you have to let the ink dry a little bit. (It doesn't take long)

Q: Do these write with out puting pressure on. I have a hand condition and normally use the air ones but like the colours of the eye.

Yes. I have a joint condition and my hands are particularly bad. These are the only pens I can use and the only pens that allow me neat handwriting.

Q: Can these be used to draw on black paper?

The colours don’t show up on black paper, so no.
