Does the job
I currently have an infestation due to a cat that sheds flea dust everywhere! I set it up on the floor next to the sofa and within a couple of hours had 4 big, fat fleas on the sticky pad. Anywhere I set it up, I get the fleas out, so it's a great bit of kit.Pros:- Attracts fleas and keeps them stuck to the pad - easy to see if the lamp is effective or not- The light from the lamp is a buttery yellow but not harsh or too bright- Good value for the use I get out of it- Personally I've also caught a bunch of fleas I saw hopping around my floor by plopping the sticky pad down on them and just trapping them that wayCons:- Obviously, won't get rid of any eggs in the house - I have some loose skirting boards and some small gaps in the floorboards so I treat those with clove oil which helps- Really small fleas don't seem as attracted / able to actually get onto the sticky pad- You need to keep other breathing heat sources out of the room - so keep yourself and your pets out whilst it's running - ideally the lamp should be the most attractive heat source in the room so that it can do its job- The lamps are a bit fragile, store the kit carefullyWould definitely recommend - it certainly works for me better than any sprays have - and works best when spray is used to force fleas out of hiding, in my experience most of them end up jumping to the sticky pad as the only seemingly safe area in the room.

Works Well But Would Recommend Extra Bulbs
Overall 8/10Quality 4/5 - Effectiveness 4/5We were getting bites while sleeping so set this up for 2 nights at the foot of our bed, it caught around 12 fleas which after giving the whole house every treatment you can think off, it was surprising that there was still this many, we were still getting a few bites but it was reduced significantly while using this product. The sticky pads stayed sticky for a long time and after a week I had only used 1.The light isnt bright enough to distrupt your sleep, the bulbs however do not last very long, after 2 whole nights (roughly 16 hrs on) the first bulb went so we purchased 2 more which another has also failed, the bulbs arnt expensive and as a way to check rooms while using other treatments I would recommend.

Buy with caution
The flea lamps are effective for monitoring the adult flea population, and they perform this task well. Flea’s are attracted to the lamp, get stuck on the pad and die, as advertised. They are very easy to assemble and set up, and I (personally) don’t find the brightness too disturbing. However, I have purchased a total of four lamps now. One had to be returned immediately because it arrived broken, and another broke after a month of use. I currently have two remaining, but one of those has just started flickering. The bulbs don’t last very long and wires very fragile. Although the price seems like a steal, there is a high risk of receiving a faulty or easily broken product.Although these lamps are a good price, and when functional, do their job well, I’d suggest being cautious when purchasing.

It did the job, until it stopped working
after 6 weeks, the bulb has gone and it doesn’t work. you only get a month window to return it

Does the job, very good
Works, brilliant, I am so happy. But I thi k it needs to be in a cold room, so the warmth of the light can attract these little s.its

It has its disadvantages, but I wouldn't be without it
I have given this 5 stars, even though it is flimsy, the bulb you have to mess with to get it to stay on, and the sticky paper curls up initially with the heat, and you have to poke it down. I would not be without it! It has caught over 30 in 2 days in the bedroom, with an animal and room that has been 'treated' regularly. I only purchased it to reassure myself they had gone. Light on overnight does not bother me - catching them does! If you have a flea-less pet, you will probably find, like me - they're still out there!

Works great, bulbs are terrible.
We have 3 of these in our house and they do a great job. Our flea issue has been eradicated. The downside of these is that the bulbs provided blow extremely fast and to buy replacement bulbs isn't cheap. We've had to replace the bulbs in every one as they blew after less than 2 weeks.Disappointed with the supplied bulbs, but happy with overall product.

Flimsy Legs, Only 2 Stickers, Short Life Bulb
Pretty much as the headline says.Legs broke almost immediately, returned for a replacement, then the bulb died after 3 days.Once up and running, they attracted the pesky little blighters - I bought a pack of 40 replacement stickers elsewhere and swap them every couple of days... now seems to have sorted the flea problem.Very simple design, going to make my own next year tho.
