This is an excellent device and works exactly as expected. It provides a more long lasting 'clean' solution rather than breathing in smelly sprays etc. I've always had a problem with flying insects in the house during the summer months as my garden is adjacent to dense woodland and open water. I have bought 4 bug zappers in total, 1 Vermatik 30w, 1 vermatik pro zap and 2 easyzap 36 watt Eazyzap Commercial Fly Killer 36W 320X650X86mm Insect Zapper RemoverOut of the 4 zappers, both of the vermatik units bulbs have failed within 11 weeks of purchase, also the bulb holders were not even fixed to the chassis of the unit on one of them.AVOID!The two easyzap units that I have bought have performed well, with no issues at all, still early days as I have only had them working 11 weeks, but that was enough time for the Veramtiks to fail, avoid them.

ThIs zapper certainly works well if placed in the right position. May take a few attempts to find best place. However I am disappointed in the bulbs in that 1 failed after only 5 mths with prob only approx 100 hours used and 2nd one now blown. The bulb holders on the sides were also not fixed well.

Kitchen near a farm and this year have had an influx of stable flies (they bite). The problem comes when they smell meat. Just tried this whilst cooking ragu. Amazing. Its big - but light and so good that we will find a space for it when not in use. Possibly tucked behind a stable!!

Has really helped with the wasps in my garage, they go straight for it...and lose.Only had it a few days, but very pleased so far.

I've got a moth infestation and see roughly 20-30 a day. Thought I could leave this on over night with the house in total darkness and hopefully kill loads of them. Lucky to get 2-3 a night and would wake up finding 6 or 7 on the ceiling nearby. Poor success rate. To top it off it has now completely stopped working (no power) after only a months use

An excellent product. We have had major problems with flies and tried lots of things. This has halved the problem in a week which is a godsend. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Very good did the job but no information on replacement bulbs. If amazon can text me I will then know what to order.
