Q: Is the strap adjustable

Yes it is quite easily adjustable. You need to put the end of a small flat screwdriver blade in the hole you will see in part of the clasp. Prise the bar gently up and slide the clasp along the strap to the required position before pressing back into place.

Q: How do you adjust the time - it does not seem to have a winder on the photo!

Hello good morning, this watch has a winder on the side. In the photo you can not appreciate the winder as the case covers it. Thanks

Yes it will I have just measured my wrist and that is 180mm and there is still room on the strap to extend. I would point out I have had this watch for over 2 years and I love it but the dimensions could have changed but I think the 210mm is correct. It can't be centimetres as that would be about 6foot
