I got the Large size. I am a 5' 7" male at 170lbs 32 years. I bought this after buying a gaming chair that turned out to have uncomfortable seating. This seat cushion fixes that issue. The longest i sat on this seat cushion is about an hour and there is a major difference in comfort. my butt does not feel sore and my back does not hurt. The gel cushion is supposed to cool off the seat which it does as advertises. I like how versatile it is and can be used on almost any chair. The non-slip rubber bottom is well thought so it does not slide off the seat while adjusting yourself on the seat. It is very convenient that the cover is removable and washable. I like how it focuses not just on your bottom but also your back support. First time using was really easy. it came vacuum packed and easy to setup. The functionality of this seat cushion is very practical because it is design for multiple uses. It fits in my gaming chair perfectly so i could imagine it fitting in most seats. Overall, i would recommend this to anyone who sits for long hours and needs support for buttocks and back. Excellent. Order the larger one if you use a gaming chair.The cushioning got rid of my lower back pain in a couple days. I lower the chair about 4 inches as this will at first make you feel like you are elevated. After sitting for about an hour it becomes the ideal height. It does feel much cooler than just the plain leather chair. I will be buying the same one when this ones starts to tear up. It relieves the pressure in the right places. Of course I don't have a very large bottom.

So I recently had surgery and was sent home the same day!My car is an older model Kia and can feel every bump on the road! So I bought this gel seat to use in the car to make the ride home not soo bumpy and disrupting my incisions in my mid section.Wow..very impressive. I stayed sleep the entire ride home hardly felt anything. This seat is very firm, soft, sturdy and comfortable. Also very firm on my rear end. Didn't slide off of it. Every time I sit on it feels like the first time using it. Very well built functional gel seat. I used in the car and on the recliner or couch at home. Anywhere im sitting so is my gel pad seat. Good buy!

I bought this one by mistake. I'd already purchased one the week before. I had no contact with the seller so can't comment on that. Its purpose wasn't pain relief, so I don't really know about that, either. I bought it because my old desk chair's screw height adjustment function had failed and the seat could not be raised high enough. So I bought one and put it on the seat. Two things impressed me: 1.) it stays put. The raised nubs on the bottom have kept it in place where a regular cushion shifted all over the place, and 2.) it's quite comfortable and it's nice that the cover is washable if needed. However, I'm very heavy, which is probably why the height mechanism failed in the first place, and in a week's time, the first one of these that I purchased -- and I did so because it seemed to be the least expensive of a host of ripoffs of a more expensive cushion -- has compressed considerably. I'm returning the second one I ordered unopened because of this and plan to put an overstuffed regular seat cushion under it to see if I can get an additional inch or more of height. But for people of normal weight, I think it's excellent.

Very thick cushion. Definitely cooling, I may have to put a towel over it until winter is over because it's cool and stays cool. It's somewhat hard because it's so thick but it doesn't feel hard on my behind. Seems sturdy and well made. If you want to use it in your car be prepared to adjust your mirrors because you'll be several inches higher! My pain did lessen. I've used it in bed while sitting up. Due to health reasons I cannot lay flat but I was able to sleep using it in an inclined position. I don't think it would function well if laying down because it is so thick and dense. Sitting its fine, reclining its fine. Lots of support with the "cutout" to take pressure off the tailbone

Bought this over a month ago and it has helped on long car ride for work I get to work and I’m not hurting all day from the ride

As a pregnant woman that sits a lot in an office for work, a seat cushion was a must have. This cushion is great! I wear scrubs so my pant material isn’t super thick but I can feel the cooling design on my bottom! Great for back and sacrum pain relief!
