I usually pop the pads in the washing machine just don’t add softener

The pads are not really abrasive so you should be Okay using them on an Amtico floor.

Can these pads work on matte porcelain?

They are not that harsh, just a bit more raised than the softer pad it that makes sense, so should not mark the floor,

Are these soft or scrubby pads???

If you see on the picture one line is soft the other scrubby and so on. Not terribly scrubby but enough to lift small dirt.
