I love the original and easy recipes in this book. The jar salads are perfect to take to work.

I am so glad I bought this book. I did wonder if it was going to be a five minute fad of mine, but I have used about 6 of the recipes and only 1 of them wasn't to my taste. Really look forward to my lunchtime salad now - the flavours and textures really make it an interesting lunch. I would highly recommend buying this book for anyone that enjoys cooking. It's quite difficult to get organised with all the bits and pieces of fresh ingredients so if you can't get to the shops during the week, this is probably not going to be easy. It does take some planning but I find it's worth it. Really like the Thai Chicken and the Italian Chicken Salads.
