as advertised, ordered to replace one I damaged.. works perfectly.... the only thing I didn't like was that the screen protectors were not the proper size (too big) and peeled off when I bumped it... otherwise still a 5 star purchase..

I absolutely love this watch, I had my eye on it for a while and couldn't wait to open my package when it came. I changed out the band for one of the magnetic metal ones. I love it, I wear it everyday. I use for tracking steps and all sorts of fitness things with the app.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the step tracker is a bit faulty. If I move my arm a certain way, even while sitting, it still logs steps as being taken. Other than that, I have no problems with this Fitbit. The battery lasts several days between charges and charges quickly. If you want to keep track of the steps you take, your heart rate, and your sleeping patterns, get a Fitbit.

I purchased this for my mother as a replacement for hers that broke. She loved all the accessories that came with it. Her first one didn’t have all the extras.

Watch was delivered and when I went to connect it to my phone that would not connect. Had several people try and no one could get it to connect. Did Not know who to contact, so I have a watch right on my dresser. Can't use. Help.
