Great for styling toddler hair

The media could not be loaded.  Handaiyan 3-piece glitter gel bottles in green, gold and purple came plainly packaged in an unsealed paper box with a clear cutout window on the front of the box showing the glitter bottles inside. Each of the bottles also didn’t contain a safety seal of any kind either. There is a small double ended white applicator to make applying the glitter gel easier and slightly less messy. The gold glitter bottle had a lot less in it as well (filled up to neck of bottle only) while the other 2 colors were almost completely filled to the top of the bottle. Each bottle has 30ml of gel glitter in it that has a very mild smell that reminds me of scented hand soap.I have sensitive skin and only applied all 3 colors onto the inside of my arm above my wrist with the included applicator. It did take about 15-20 minutes for the glitter to set up completely and my skin felt a little tight in this area, didn’t cause any other symptoms. The glitter gel did leave a white, iridescent looking residue underneath the glitter though. I also bumped my arm once before it was completely dry as well and had some glitter transfer onto a towel but it washed right out. The smell once dry is no longer present and throughout the day I did have some glitter particles that flaked off but most of the glitter has remained (I wore a t-shirt specifically to try this out). If wearing long sleeves, I’m sure I wouldn’t have had much glitter left, would have all transferred onto my sleeves.The colors are all very bright and super sparkly with very small iridescent particles mixed into all 3 bottles. The glitter ranges from very small particles to chunky pieces all intermixed for a very nice effect. This is definitely not something I would wear daily but if I was going to a dance club, concert or especially a Halloween party I would add this into some part of my costume/makeup for the event but would keep away from my eyes since pieces of glitter tend to flake off. The glitter gel would probably also work well for arts and crafts projects.

While this isn’t any high end glitter makeup, it is a great product to have on hand if you’re doing costume type makeup for the body. I personally, would never used this on the face, especially near the eyes.For the price, if you’re looking for an affordable body glitter, this will do the trick.

My daughter wants to be a mermaid for Halloween, so I got these! They are perfect to add to corners of eyes and around the hair line and have pretty thick sparkles. I plan to even put some in her hair. I like that it is bigger sparkle sizes instead of small - it's not exactly "glitter" but instead a clear jell with reflective pieces in the jell that are a nice size.

I use a lot of glitter makeup, so I was excited to try these out. I compared them against Graftobian Red Glitter Gel which at writing is $9 an ounce - so more expensive than this. For fairness, i used the same applicator (which came with this product) to spread both.First, this glitter is chunky by design - it proudly declares itself so, and the Graftobian product - while not microglitter - is not. Hence, the different sizes of the glitter are to be expected. I've attached 4 pictures. I used the purple mermaid sequins to compare to the red Graftobian. The Graftobian spread more smoothly even considering that the applicator came with the other product. Both got good coverage.The Graftobian dried more quickly, but once both had dried, neither was inclined to move.The mermaid sequins purple glitter had a thicker, stickier adhesive that showed up as a shiny smear even when it was dry. (Pictures 2 and 3.) It also itched annoyingly once it dried. The Graftobian did not. The final picture shows what was left after a vigorous wash with soap and water. The red Graftobian cleaned up easily. Some of the purple remains.It's not impossible for a body makeup or even for face, but I wish I had not also decided to try out the "eyshadow" (spelling in current ad) application. I used it lightly on my right eye, which is still burning 45 minutes after I washed it off. I will not use this near my eyes again.All that said, the product does show up pretty. While not the quality of the more expensive product, it might be just fine for many costume uses and even makeup. There's no way I'd use it as eyeshadow again, nor even lip color given the thick visible adhesive. But I would use it as an accessory.My skin is a little sensitive. The itching stopped once I washed my hands, despite the little bit of glitter remaining. If your skin is VERY sensitive, this might bother you more.

these glitter tubes are actually quite nice! the biggest plus is they do not make a mess because of the type of glitter they are so you can apply, let it dry and not be left with glitter everywhere! the colors are cute, and super chunky and sparkly. the only thing is if you want a lot, you’re going to have to add multiple layers in order to have a lot of glitter but I don’t see that as a problem. I think they are great for the price, a fun way to spice up your make up or costume and I am really happy with it!

Very sparkly glitter. Love that it stays on and is easy to apply.

Applies easy but feels a little sticky. Once dried, can barely feel it and it stays on. Looks great.
